Steve Mossburg, Director of PH-H; Shirley Mossburg - Accounting & Surrogate Grandma
Steve first came to Haiti in 2000 and worked with PH-H where director Dr. Vic Binkley became his friend and mentor. In 2002 Steve, along with his wife Shirley founded John 15:16 GAP more commonly called GAP or Go and Produce Ministries. They started their ministry in Montrouis 3 miles away from the PH-H Clinic and Hospital at Pierre Payen and continued to work with PH-H when needed. In the summer of 2009 Dr. Binkley was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Though the Mossburg's own ministry was going well Steve felt that God had been using all those years to prepare him to succeed his friend at PH-H. In November of 2009 Steve became Director.
Shirley first came to Haiti in 2001 and continued coming back as her job in the states allowed. In 2009 she retired from her position at the Columbia City First Church of God and has now been able to spend long periods of time in Haiti. Steve and Shirley have a home on the Borel Campus where Shirley works in Accounting and assists with hospitality services. She also serves as a surrogate grandma to the numerous MK'S, missionary kids, at PH-H and with families at other missions. The Mossburg's are from Columbia City, Indiana.
Donna Binkley - Health Services Coordinator
Donna Binkley is now our longest serving missionary in Haiti and served along side her husband Dr. Vic Binkley since their marriage in the 1980's. Donna, a registered nurse, has at various times served as a nurse, surgical nurse, anthesiologist, guesthouse manager, secretary and many other assignments. After the death of her husband in Feb. 2010, she wasn't sure what God had in mind for her life. After spending nearly 8 months out of Haiti she returned in late 2010 and left with the confirmation God still had a role for her in Haiti. In 2011 she was confirmed to serve in a new position as Health Service Coordinator. In this position she will work to coordinate all aspects of our health services ministry, to seek out partnerships, new services, look for funding sources and supplies and transcend the Haitian staff with our visiting surgical staff from the states. Donna has a home in Bluffton, Indiana. When in Haiti she lives at the medical campus at Pierre Payen.
Andy Snyder - Manager Borel Campus; Theresa - Guesthouse Services Manager

The Snyder's made their first trip to Haiti and immediately felt a connection to Haiti. They continued to visit Haiti before and after the birth of their son Zacchaeus in 2007. They decided to try a 2 week trip in early 2010 with their oldest daughter Miranda to get her input about moving to Haiti as missionaries. They arrived on Jan. 10th. Two days after arriving they were 60 miles north of the capital waiting for Steve to return from Port au Prince with another mission team when the earthquake hit. Though separated for nearly 24 hours and not knowing the fate of those in Port au Prince the whole team was eventually united. Feeling even more confirmed about their call to Haiti they returned later that year to serve a 2 month internship before being confirmed as missionaries in late 2010. Andy attended business management at Mt. Aloysius College and Theresa went to Altoona Bible College. After getting married they owned 2 pizza parlors and eventually another company that installed communications cable. The Snyder family is from Roaring Springs, Pennsylvania and they have a second daughter, Ariel.

Ken and Betty McIntyre - Hospitality Services Coordinators
Ken and Betty are from Leadwood, Missouri, where both had retired as teachers. In their retirement they both continued to work part time in education , Ken at the college level and Betty at the high school level. They also took on the job of mission advocates for CGGC. This job often put them in some of the mission fields where CGGC missionaries serve. They had been contemplating becoming missionaries in Kenya but after traveling to Haiti last summer felt that they could better serve in Haiti. They were confirmed as missionary candidates in early 2011. They have a lot of skills and will be filling in at times to cover for other missionaries who may be in the states at various times of the year.
Edgard Miliace - Pierre Payen Guesthouse Manager & visiting medical team facilitator
Edgard grew up at the nearby Canaan Christian Community where Steve met him while running GAP Ministry there. Edgard traveled to the U.S. numerous times from 2007-2009 where he lived with friends of the Mossburgs. Having finished his schooling in late 2009 Edgard had returned to Haiti prior to the earthquake where he reunited with Steve in early 2010.
The need to find qualified help was of utmost importance after the earthquake struck and Edgard was the first recruit asked to join the PH-H staff during the earthquake relief efforts of 2010. He was instrumental in taking charge of managing the guesthouse and facilitating every need of the visiting surgeons who rotated into the Pierre Payen Hospital every Saturday for eleven straight weeks. Edgard continues in that same role today, though now our surgical teams arrive one week out of every month. He also hosts many of our STM's on their last night in Haiti since Pierre Payen is much closer to the airport than our main campus. He also oversees the management and repairs at the Pierre Payen Compound. Edgard lives in one of the houses at the medical facility.

In his new missionary role in Haiti he will focus on making disciples and developing leaders through our Haiti churches. He will also reopen the Bible Training Institute in St. Marc and possibly a new one at the Borel Campus. He will also be starting a language and cultural training center to teach English, Creole and Haitian culture. Ric and Wendy are both pediatricians from Texas and have been working in Haiti since 2007 where they first met Steve. Dr. Ric contacted Project Help just 24 hours after the earthquake wanting to know if he could bring a surgical team to Pierre Payen. He landed 3 days after the earthquake with a team of five in a donated private jet loaded with medical supplies. With Wendy on the phone and internet lining up private and corporate jets , personnel and supplies they rotated in surgical teams for eleven straight weeks. The Bonnell's continue in this role though now the teams arrive one week each month and travel on commercial flights. They have three biological children and adopted an eighteen month old Haitian girl during the earthquake. They hope to adopt others if possible.
