Mission Team Costs

The cost for a mission team will be invoiced based on the following schedule: Any trip, eye witness or work team, visiting 5-7 days will be invoiced (trips longer than 7 days will be prorated accordingly)

$450 per person 18 years and older
$300 per person 17 years and younger
$375 per person for medical and dental teams

The flat rate will cover all the costs Project Help-Haiti incurs for hosting teams and running a guesthouse. The following are just a few of the costs required to host a team.

Ground transportation for team and luggage (drivers & helpers, vehicles & fuel)
Food (3 meals each day & early morning coffee)
Lodging at one of our 2 guesthouses
Materials for team projects

Direct & indirect costs of hosting teams (generator fuel, propane, electricity, cleaning, laundry, cooks, translators, general maintenance, etc.)
Beach day and/or side trips to mountains, historic sites and markets
Wireless internet
Emergency travel insurance

As your team prepares to come to Haiti there is so much more that this experience offers that cannot be paid for at any price. There will be opportunities for God sightings every day. They will see what God is doing through others to reach the unsaved. They will return home with a burning passion to tell others and be energized with passion for the Lord in their church, family and community.
